Jean Roznik
Originally from Ireland, where she graduated from University College Dublin as a physical therapist, Jean is married to Dr. Roznik and keeps busy caring for their three children as well as managing the dental office. For relaxation, Jean enjoys reading, gardening and movies.

Laura Paice
Originally from Georgia, Laura became interested in the dental field while working for Help A Child Smile in Atlanta. In 2006, Laura moved to Charlotte and in June of that year joined Dr. Roznik’s front office team. At work, Laura loves mastering new information and helping streamline office operations. At home, Laura enjoys spending time with her dog Maddie Lou, shopping and reading.

Janet Martin
Originally from Los Angeles, Janet moved to Charlotte for a change of pace. Shortly after her relocation in 2006 Janet joined Dr. Roznik’s front office staff. Janet has many years of experience in the dental field, both as an assistant and as a sales representative. Janet has two grown daughters living in California and away from the office she enjoys getting to know the Charlotte area and attending cultural events.

Yvette Clark
Yvette grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, but wound up in Charlotte thanks to her husband Isaac, who was stationed here with the U.S. Marine Corps. Yvette had never worked in the dental field prior to joining Dr. Roznik's practice in 2007, as scheduling coordinator, but finds she loves interacting with patients and learning about oral health. Kept busy with work and caring for her son and daughter, Yvette still finds time to write poetry and sing.

Anna Khlebopros
Dental Assistant and Team Leader, Anna grew up in the former Soviet Union. After studying Russian language and literature at Kiev University, Anna worked as a high school teacher and assistant principal. Upon moving to the United States Anna switched careers and completed a dental assistant program in Cleveland, Ohio. Anna joined Dr. Roznik’s practice in 2001. When she’s not busy caring for her patients Anna enjoys travel, reading and sports.

Ashley Allison
Ashley joined Dr. Roznik’s practice in July of 2005. Since then Ashley has earned her Dental Assistant II accreditation. Ashley is from Charlotte although she did live in Delaware for a number of years while growing up. In 2007, Ashley and her husband Dave, flew to Jamaica for a romantic wedding and honeymoon. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys going to the gym and bicycling with her husband.

Heather Anderson, RDH BS
Heather is our dental hygienist with a gentle touch. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and joined Dr. Roznik’s practice in 2002. Heather has one son, Jackson and is expecting her second child in January of 2009. Her and her husband Aaron have three dogs: Sassperilla, Hannah and Moses. In their free time Heather, and her husband Aaron enjoy world-class roller coasters, spending time by the lake, and gardening.

Sonja Mills
Sonja moved from Virginia, to the Charlotte area when she was in the seventh grade and she has been here ever since. Sonja joined Dr. Roznik’s practice in 2007 as a Dental Assistant. She is married and has one little boy, Seth, and two stepdaughters, Jayden and Jennah. Her other loves are her three dogs, Winston, Jaida and Abigail.
